Are You Using eTrack?

Many Criterions users rarely need to call for Support Services because they can now get help or answers to routine questions right through the Criterions program.
Just click on the "Help" menu
and then the "Create eTrack" option

This feature allows the user to quickly create an eTrack that is automatically conveyed to support for routing and responses.
The user also secures an immediate eTrack ID number and a receipt response is instantly conveyed to the sender’s email account.
The eTrack feature now also includes a status on each eTrack opened by your office. Administrators can start using eTrack right away (staff personnel will require user right assignment).
